Rob Kim is vice president, finance of the Ball Corporation Beverage Packaging North and Central America division. In his current role, Rob acts as the division CFO of a $5 billion business that manufactures approximately 50% of the aluminum beverage packaging in North and Central America. The business has increased its operating profit by 40% over five years despite lower sales volume and has improved its balance sheet to a negative working capital position.  Rob recently acted as the North America integration and separation lead on the recent acquisition of Rexam PLC. He also acted as project lead on a $250MM manufacturing facility greenfield in Monterrey, MX. Rob is a graduate of the University of Illinois where he received a bachelor degree in accountancy and also a graduate of Washington University where he received a master degree in Business Administration.
