Anaïs Lempereur

Anais currently leads Financial Planning and Analysis for the G&A functions at Spotify (Real Estate, Finance, Legal, Licensing, Publishing, Strategy and HR). She joined Spotify in early 2014 to set up the first financial processes and strategic planning cycles for the Sales, Marketing and Premium organizations and has been a key player in their public company readiness initiative from creating the first company forecast through to the Direct Listing on the NYSE. Before Spotify, Anais held a number of senior finance and analytics positions in the US and Europe. She holds undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in Economics from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium.
