Jason Judd: Justice SVP of Finance & CFO

Jason joined Justice in 2015 and accountability for Justice’s commerce channels, including domestic retail, e-commerce and international franchising, as well as strategic decision support, long-range planning, budgeting, projections, and reporting. Jason directs continuous improvement initiatives across all functions at Justice and is corporate sponsor for advanced analytics and workforce management. 

Jason joined Justice after an 11-year career with L Brands, where he held several progressive financial roles at Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret, each one further expanding his capabilities in corporate finance, with his last role as head of FP&A for Victoria’s Secret Stores. Jason also served as Assistant Treasurer for L Brands from 2008-2011 helping to manage Treasury and owning all capital structure, capital markets and M&A activities. Prior to moving into Retail, Jason spent five years working in software development at Trilogy and TenFold.

Jason has an undergraduate degree in History and Sociology of Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
