Vesta Bovair is Managing Director, Global Business Solutions for Swiss Re Group. She is responsible for the Group's global out/sourcing strategy and operations, robotics automation center, consultancy and the captive business solution centres (BSC). Swiss Re's BSCs are located in India and Slovakia, with about 2,000 employees providing operational and analytical support to all functions within the Group. The Bangalore BSC is also home to an InsurTech Accelerator. Vesta is Chairman of the Board, Swiss Re Global Business Solutions India Private Limited, and President and CEO of Swiss Re Management (US) Corporation. Her background includes financial services sales, underwriting, digitization, six sigma/Lean and executive leadership of teams in 12 countries. She holds a MBA from the University of Toronto and a MA from Brown University. Vesta has Canadian and American citizenship, is married with 2 children and located in New York.
